C# ASP.NET MVC / Software Developer - Plymouth Office
We are looking for a well-rounded C# ASP.NET MVC developer to work on all aspects of our offerings including our ASP.NET websites and developing for various mobile devices. Your responsibilities will include investigating, prototyping and delivering features for new and existing websites and software, enhancing existing features, fixing bugs and integrating with third party services as well as developing systems for internal use. There is some great experience awaiting the successful candidate with plenty of opportunity to put forward your own ideas and to work with new and emerging technologies such as our RFID Scrabble Board (experience in this areas is not expected).
Skills & Requirements Required Technical Skills
A minimum of three years’ commercial development experience primarily focused on C# ASP.NET / MVC. If you have less but believe that you can perform this role, we’re still interested in hearing from you.
Object-oriented programming fundamentals and experience with common OO design patterns.
Possess a good understanding of Windows Server 2008+, IIS 7.5
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, testing and peer reviewing skills
Experience building web-based applications and web services using C#, .NET 4.0, ASP.NET MVC (Razor).
Microsoft SQL Server knowledge (T-SQL queries, indexes, etc.)
Experience with source control systems, preferably Git or Mercurial
Desirable Skills These are skills that would be beneficial to have however they are not essential and there will be plenty of opportunities to develop these skills on the job if required.

Sales Manager - Plymouth Office
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship based approach. Particular emphasis will be placed on selling the Bravo Poker Operating System to European casinos with poker rooms.

Information about the Bravo system
The BRAVO Poker system is a complete poker room management system that allows for accurate monitoring, tracking and managing of the entire poker room. BRAVO Poker enables poker room supervisors to monitor and manage most poker room functions, such as player tracking, lobby tracking, game setup and maintenance, waiting list functions, room statistics, player history, dealer speed, promotion tracking and complete tournament management. The on-table BRAVO Dealer units allow dealers to perform various tasks at the table, such as checking players in and out; placing calls for chips, food and beverage service and supervisor decisions; and tracking the number of hands played.
Currently Bravo is better known in USA and over 200 leading properties use the system including the World Series of Poker. This role is focused on introducing the system to European casinos and achieving sales.
Typical work activities

The basic remuneration for this role is £20k with an OTE of £40-£45k. This a predominately office based role in Plymouth, England so you must live nearby or are willing to relocate at your own cost. Occasional travel to Europe will be required.
The key focus of the Project Manager is to support and work with the global team through the management of internal and external event and marketing projects/campaigns.This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Project Manager must have the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict internal and external deadlines, remain on top of industry best practices and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of tasks including but not limited to marketing and creative work.
This position reports directly to the US leadership team, with ongoing monitoring via the UK corporate team.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - USA OFFICE
The Digital Marketing Executive will implement the company’s online marketing on an international scale, as well as service existing client campaigns. The position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in online communications and marketing. The individual should be able to build the community, player and social landscape of the Living it Loving it LLC brand as well as manage all communications between key partners globally.
This position reports via the US office headquarters.
Manage digital assets and social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, forums and other popular channels on a day-to-day basis. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
Regularly update the company's customers on social media sites, posting news, replying to enquiries or conducting promotions and contests.
Ensure accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant, utilizing visual content that is consistent, compelling and gets your point across.
Build brand awareness by ensuring a positive digital media presence for the company
Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues, answering questions and monitoring customer issues where appropriate.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the digital campaigns.
Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing team to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.

Qualifications and Experience:
